Wokka: Chinook Helicopter - External Load Handling Demonstration at ILA Berlin 2018

The Boeing CH-47 "Chinook" is one of the most unusual helicopter designs ever built and while, with 1200 units produced, it's not exactly rare, it cannot be seen every day in Germany, where this video was shot. That's why I tried to record as much material of the Chinook's flying display at ILA Berlin Air Show 2018.

The helicopter featured in the video is a Boeing CH-47F Mk. VI, operated by Britain's Royal Air Force. It can be seen here, demonstrating the drop off and pick up of external loads.
