Workhorse: Wizz Air A320 Taking Off from Leipzig/Halle airport (Germany)

Airbus' A320 family is one of the, if not THE, best selling types of aircraft in the world and it's a success with classic airlines as well as low-cost carriers. Hungarian Wizz Air (W6/WZZ) is one of the latter and operates flights from my local airport Leipzig/Halle (LEJ/EDDP) since 2019, so it was high time I published a video showing one of their planes, don't you think? 🙂

The plane featured in the video is HA-LYX, an Airbus A320-200, which had its maiden flight in 2018 and was added to the Wizz Air fleet only days after this. It can be seen here, taxiing from the Southern part of LEJ to the airport's Northern runway 26R and taking off from there.
