Are your products priced correctly? Let's find out! 👇
Hey fellow maker, have you been trying to price your products but haven’t been getting very far because how do you know you're doing it right?
I get it, there's nothing that can tell you it's wrong or right.
But, I’m here to tell you that you can get pretty close to the right number without stressing! And yes, I'm going to help you go from zero to hero.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’RE GONNA DO FROM TODAY!
✅ First, you're going to stop following the "charge what you're worth" BS because you are worth MORE than what you make! There is no price tag on you. Recognize that the assignment is to price your product, not YOU.
✅ Next, use a pricing calculator to get you as close as possible to a realistic number. I have a free one you can use in my link in bio!
✅ While using the calculator, be mindful of entering the right material prices and labor rate (example: you might be buying craft supplies from Michaels right now, but you know you can get better prices from an online wholesale supplier. Use the prices from your wholesaler instead.)
✅ Understand that as a business owner AND artist/tradesperson, you are getting paid TWICE - via profits AND for your time/labor/energy making the product. Win-win! 🎉
✅ Finally, while you CAN use the calculator prices as is, I encourage you to research what your "competitors" are charging for a similar product. You can tweak your prices based on how you want to position your store among them!
And that's it!
If you need more biz help, you might be a fit for my A Sale A Day program. DM me with 'ASAD' and tell me more about your biz!
