Gluten Free Bread

I had a few requests from subscribers for a soft, sandwich style gluten free bread. Now I don't know the first thing about gluten free! So, I did some research looking for a bread that would fit the bill.

Here is my experiment in gluten free, and maybe a starting point for someone looking for a recipe.
