President Hage Geingob delivers the state of the nation address 2020.

Namibian president Hage Geingob delivered the sixth state of the nation address of his presidency on 4 June 2020. After his address, the president fielded questions from members of parliament in the National Assembly in Windhoek. The parliamentary session descended into pandemonium, with National Assembly speaker Peter Katjavivi resorting to calling a temporary end to proceedings to quell arguments that erupted between the president and opposition MPs.
