State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2019 07/22/2019

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte delivers his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Joint Session of the 18th Congress at the Session Hall of the House of Representatives Complex in Constitution Hills, Quezon City on July 22, 2019.

Around 2,000 guests composed of former Presidents, members of the Senate and House of Representatives, Supreme Court Justices, members of the Diplomatic Corps, heads of Constitutional Commissions, Cabinet Secretaries, key officials of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and Philippine National Police (PNP), and other national government officials and invited guests convene to witness the historic event.
