Proportion of nuts to water - 100g nuts to 100ml of water. I would add slowly so that you can get the thickness you like though. So start with 70ml to 100g and add more water as you need.

Probiotic vegan yoghurt has got to be one of my favourite fermented foods and it's so easy to make and enjoy! If you are a raw vegan use almonds, brazil or macadamia nuts as these are more likely to be raw. If you're not, use any nuts and seeds you like (I haven't tried chia, but all other seeds are fair game). You can try different combinations of seeds and nuts to make your favourite flavour of probiotic vegan yogurt.
