5 crucial things I had to change about my attitude to be happy. I was losing myself. This video was sparked by a lovely viewer who wrote a comment about her desire to change her thinking. She felt overwhelmed by aging. At 73 she felt there is just too much to change.. her life was behind her and she was losing hope of ever being happy again. Let's really talk about this!

I share with you a crazy week I had with healing from a cold, an ice storm, and house hunting for the perfect place to move to in Big Rapids.

My grandfather was the biggest influence in my life and he taught me the importance of a swing-and- a miss compared to the failure of never making it up to bat.
