Quadriplegic | Morning spasms

Hello!
In this video you can see my morning spasms. After I dress up and I transfer into my wheelchair I always get these kind of spasms and sometimes even more than this. My feet are sensitive and the moment they touch the ground or the footplate they start to trumble. This is something that most of us with a sci are facing.
