Paraplegic Stretching - Hip Modality Exercises

This stretching routine helps to loosen up the hips. Intended to help one assume the cross-leg seated position, the preferred position for meditation.

0:34 - Bosu ball forward extension
1:19 - chair to ground transfer

13:49 - seated with soles of feet together
15:46 - oblique stretch

21:54 - floor to chair-without-breaks transfer
