Sourdough Discard Cracker Recipe

One of my all-time favourite sourdough discard recipes to make are these crackers! I got the original recipe from King Arthur Flour, but I have made a few modifications that make the crackers taste like natural Cheez-It's! I am working on another variation including tomato paste and fennel. If they turn out I will be sure to share the recipe with you!
