Instructions
Add warm water to make soft dough.
Add water repeatedly so that dough becomes soft.
Use before 21 days of opening.
Store refrigerator.

To make parantha you can add --
Grated Radish/ Mooli
Methi chopped
Finely grated cauliflower

You may not get perfect round shape of roti as there is no gluten roti edges tend to break.

To get soft Roti:
Add more water and make soft dough and make roti immediately.
