This month's vlog is taking you back to Moonee Beach Nature Reserve where I filmed last weeks How To Change ISO Nikon D5200 - 3 Ways To Change Your ISO Settings video. You can view that video here https://youtu.be/y5M4EcLCAmA
The Moonee Beach Nature Reserve trail is a great place to see wild kangaroos and their joeys. It's a picturesque stretch of rocky and bush-covered coastline covering 336 hectares on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
There are many Grey Kangaroos that can be seen in quite a few places in the reserve, but in this video I am in Emerald Beach at the end of Dammerel Crescent. Just a few feet from the carpark you can find this open grass plain with a small lake and sparse Hakea forest that is very popular with the Kangaroos around dusk. You will find them eating grass, jumping, fighting, or just chilling out after an evening meal.
The reserve is wonderful place if you are a Nature Photographer. There is loads of birdlife and the view south of the carpark is spectacular at Sunset in the summer months.
If this is your first time viewing one of my videos, I'm Barry Callister of Barry Callister Photography, founder and creator of Photographer's Freedom.
