potato soup ( this is my actual recipe 😋)
Ingredients:
Potatos (I use about 6 )
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of potato soup.
butter
milk
sour cream
seasonings ( garlic powder, onion powder, pepper , salt and a tiny bit of Italian seasoning)
water

Directions:
1. Peel and chop up potatoes.
2. Put potatoes in saucepan and almost cover them with milk then add water until potatoes are completely submerged.
3. cook on med to high heat till boiling .
4. Reduce heat and cover .(Cook until potatoes are soft enough that a fork goes through them easily)
5. Add a cup of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of butter (optional).
6. Stir together and add more milk or water if you want soup to be thinner !

You can also add sauteed onions , bacon bits , or cheese . Remember any recipe can be modified 😉 This meal is great for large family's living on a budget as well 👍
