chicken wings
we just throw a toning of seasonings on them and Italian dressing mix well and grill them! .
Green beans we add Kingsford garlic and herb seasonings. or you can do garlic, onion, salt pepper etc. cook in pan with olive oil on high till browned then turn down heat and simmer till done. sometimes if you add a little water to the pan after they are browned it makes them even better.

potatoes cook the exact same way!
