WATCH: Sen. Lindsey Graham questions Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett

Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., questioned Judge Amy Coney Barrett on the second day of the committee’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing. The Oct. 13 hearing came about three weeks before the 2020 presidential election. The second of four days of scheduled testimony gave senators an opportunity to ask Barrett about her record and approach to the law. Graham questioned Barrett on a variety of issues, telling Democrats who have expressed concern over how she would rule on issues like health care and abortion. Barrett responded to a number of "what-if" scenarios from Graham by outlining the processes and precedent the high court follows when considering and ruling on a case.
