Ingredients:
1. Pillsbury pie dough ( the ones that just roll out, come two to a package)
2. Eggs
3. Ham chopped into chunks
4. Broccoli heads cut small
5. Grape tomatoes
6. 2 bags of Sargento 3 cheese mix. Comes shredded in a bag
7. Lipton onion soup mix
8. One pint Light cream

Directions:
1. Put one pie crust in a deep pie dish
2. Whisk 4 eggs together with the light cream and onion soup mix
3. Place the chopped broccoli, halved grape tomatoes, ham cubes and cheese into the crust. Spread them around evenly
4. Pour the egg mixture over everything making sure it gets in between all the nooks and crannies
5. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for about 50 minutes!
Note: You can make a vegetarian version by substituting other veggies for the ham. Chopped peppers and mushrooms work well.
