Caesar Salad: Homemade and delicious!
Today we are teaching you how to make a Homemade Caesar Salad!!!! It is going to be AMAZING!!!

Ingredients:
1/2 or 1 head of romain lettuce, whole leafs washed and separated.
Optional: Parsley, 1/2 tbsp, chopped
[For the croutons]
1/2 day old quality bread, cut into 1 inch squares
olive oil 1/2 tbsp
[For the sauce]
1 Egg yolks
3/4oz or 25ml Fresh Lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp or 25g dijon mustard
3 Anchovies
1/2 Garlic clove microplaned
1 1/2 tbsp or 20g Parmesan
1 1/2 tbsp or 25ml olive oil
1/2 cup or 125ml veg oil
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp or 50ml approx Water
Salt and pepper to taste
[For serving]
Shaved parmesan, whole anchovies and fresh black pepper and optional parsley, if using.
Directions:
[For the croutons]
Coat croutons with 1 the olive oil and sprinkle with salt, coat well
Place croutons on a pre-heated oven at 350f for about 10 min, watching carefully cause they can burn easily.
[For the sauce]
Place all ingredients apart from the oil in the food processor, turn on.
Slowly add the oil (as if making a mayonnaise, add slowly at first then speed up. Add water until desired consistency (coating).
Check seasoning.
[Finishing and serving]
Gently Mix lettuce, parsley and croutons with dressing to taste. Make sure they are well coated.
Arrange whole leafs on a plate. Arrange a few whole anchovies on top. Add extra sauce, shaved part and fresh cracked pepper.
Served immediately!
