NECESITAMOS

1 litro de agua destilada
Pétalos de rosas no tratados
Hielo
Frascos esterilizados
Una olla
WE NEED

PREPARACIÓN
Quitamos los pétalos de las rosas y los dejamos limpios.
Preparamos una olla en su interior colocamos una piedra o un aro de emplatar para hacer una base más alta.
Ponemos alrededor de la base los pétalos de rosa.
A continuación cubrimos con el agua.
Encima de la base ponemos un bol. Este sera el recipiente que recogerá la condensación del vapor al hervir.
Cerraremos bien la olla con la tapa boca abajo.
Asi al estar al revés la tapa nos servirá de recipiente para poner el hielo encima.
Ponemos la olla al fuego y dejamos que hierva.
Cuando empieza a hervir ponemos el hielo encima de la tapa.
Dejamos que se vaya derritiendo.
Cuando encima de la tapa este todo lleno de agua por que el hielo se ha derretido lo recogemos con un paño de cocina sin que caiga dentro de la olla, ni destaparla.
Volvemos a poner hielo sobre la tapa de la olla.
Y repetimos el proceso varias veces hasta que haya pasado 20 minutos de tener la olla hirviendo en el fuego.
Trascurrido el tiempo apagamos la olla, no la destapamos.
Empezamos a enfriarla de la misma forma que habíamos preparado el agua de rosa en la ebullición.
Seguimos poniendo hielo encima de la tapa, y recogiendo el agua al derretirse sin abrir la olla, hasta que la olla este totalmente fría.
Una vez esta fría destapamos.
El agua de rosas concentrada estara dentro del bol.
La vertemos en botes esterilizados y la guardamos en la nevera.
El agua que esta con los pétalos no la tiramos.
Esto es una infusión de agua de rosas que también aprovecharemos.
La vertemos en frascos y la guardamos en la nevera.
PREPARATION
