FC Goa took a major step towards qualifying for the semi-finals with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Bengaluru FC at the Fatorda Stadium.

Quickfire goals from Igor Angulo and Redeem Tlang put the Gaurs in a comfortable position as early as the 23rd minute. Although Suresh Wangjam netted his first #HeroISL goal 10 minutes later, that proved inadequate for the former champions.

That result keeps Juan Ferrando's side in a strong position to make the top four while Bengaluru FC will finish outside the top four for the first time!
