Neapolitan style pizza in a Sage Pizzaiolo oven

I recently acquired the Sage Pizzaiolo pizza oven and couldn't wait to put it to the test. After a few trial pizzas using the wrong settings, I finally found success when I switched to the 'wood-fired' mode. The Neapolitan-style pizzas that emerged were simply delightful.
