Mini Kladdkaka with Peanuts: A Perfect Fika Treat

Kladdkaka, a sticky chocolate cake, is a beloved Swedish dessert, and this version adds a delightful twist with salty, crunchy peanuts. Perfect for 'fika,' these mini cakes offer a compact indulgence that pairs wonderfully with a cup of coffee and some additional cookies.

Traditionally served with whipped cream, I find these mini kladdkakor are best enjoyed on their own. I use muffin molds for convenience, although removing them can be a bit tricky due to their stickiness. To ease removal, allow them to cool completely and store them in the fridge until serving. Alternatively, you can enjoy them warm, albeit with the assistance of a spoon to extract them from the mold.

180 g (2 dl) Sugar
100 g Butter 80% fat
100 g Chocolate Dark
90 g (1 dl) Peanut butter
50 g (1 dl) Peanuts salted
