Footage shows mouse doing laps under hospital bed in Melbourne

Footage has emerged from a patient at the Royal Melbourne Hospital showing a mouse scurrying and doing laps under her bed.

Sky News host James Macpherson said the Herald Sun revealed when she complained to nurses, she was told to “just ignore it”.

“Not only is there the mouse under her bed there was also mouse poo,” he said.

“But more than that, she talked about the fact that for three days she had to walk across urine on the bathroom floor that hadn’t been cleaned up, despite the fact she continually asked staff to clean it up.

“You know if Daniel Andrews concentrated on his core responsibilities rather than vanity projects … maybe Melbourne wouldn’t have third-world conditions in their hospitals.”
