It is the last day of the month and that means a new take 5 art challenge. Today we share our take 5 art projects for October 2021 to inspire you to join us in this mixed media art challenge.

The junk art journal process video I am sharing today was a lot of fun to make because I felt inspired to work in my junk journal. Usually I don’t add a lot of mixed media in my junk journal but the prompts Roxane gave us made me want to do that.

Here are the prompts for this month:

• Muted colors
• Plants
• Something see-through
