THE PIG HARVEST | Raising Idaho Pasture Pigs

This year we raised out two Idaho Pasture pigs in a pastured paddock for 7 months on farm. This is our results after taking them to market for processing. We certainly are still learning how to be more efficient in our on farm feed management as well as breakdown for optimal harvest. We will bring you a cost overview in the future if you are interested in raising your own farm to table pasture pork.
