3 TBSP UNSALTED butter
4 med eggs
1/2 TBSP baking powder
2 TBSP Erythritol (or any LC sweetener but this is optional)
130g shredded cheese ( cheddar preferred) or You can use 1cup & 5 TBSP
**Bake at 175 C for 30 minutes
