TRAINING FOR A THRU-HIKE & LONG DISTANCE WALKING

When I was training for my thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail I did not find a lot of information on how to train for it so in this video I share tips to help you train for your long distance walk or thru-hike, as well as what worked well for me.
