MOVE FAST - How to walk faster

How to walk faster for a Sport Walking challenge, an ultra marathon, a charity challenge event or challenge walk or just to get fit. The advice given can also help you walk more efficiently when you're hiking or long distance walking.

In this video, Roger shows how you can adapt a 'normal' walking style so that you can go faster, use less energy and last longer. Sport Walking using a Nordic Walking, Power Walking or Race Walking style is also possible but the advice in this video won't necessarily apply where specific techniques are used.

This is the first video in a three part series that focusses on the three core elements of Sport Walking - moving fast, going light, and challenging yourself.
