Batcaves: Creating Home Gym and Office Spaces

So I've been threatening this one for a while... This video discusses how to create your own 'Home Batcave' for training, productivity, and more. It combines some tips, as well as some examples from you guys :-)

Having your own space can make a huge difference to your creative output, your learning, and of course your training. I always wanted my own Batcave or Fortress of Solitude, but unfortunately space and budget restrictions meant I had to get more strategic. So how do you make the most use out of a small space?
