HOW I MAKE MY CAJUN SHRIMP AND RICE

Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best Cajun shrimp and rice let me tell you it’s seriously super delicious!!! And let me tell you it’s super easy to make.

Tip! I make sure you use regular chicken broth with salt as well as the butter keep in mind if you don’t, you will just have have to add salt 😉

If you dont want to have extra rice just make 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of broth… I like to have extra for the kids 😅

Also… for this recipe I like to use my own Cajun seasoning if you feel like it’s too much, just use your favorite store bought 😊 one more thing, I dont cook my rice with my shrimp for two reasons, one being that I don’t like the shrimp to be overcooked and because I like the Shrimp to keep all the flavor, it’s just different 😅

Ingredients:
1 lb Raw shrimp
1 1/2 cup white rice
3 cups chicken broth
5 tbsp salted butter
5 minced garlic cloves
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 lime or lemon
Chopped green onions
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
1 serving of love 💕
