Ways to IMPROVE a new build garden (complete modern small garden transformation )

I'm sharing ways to improve a new build garden giving you inspiration from my own recently completed modern garden transformation, complete with new entertaining patio area, artificial grass and atmospheric lighting. I also include another way to achieve a similar look for slightly less cost.

As we're not the best at gardening, we wanted a garden makeover that would be not look modern but also be very low maintenance to keep our small garden looking great.
