Unexpected HOUSE bills (bills to pay for your first house)

I'm sharing all the bills I currently pay in my first house to make sure you don't have any unexpected house bills when you move in. This should also help you budget to make sure you are aware of the likely monthly outgoings after you've paid your mortgage. As I mentioned, these bills are for a three bedroom house so use this as a guideline for your first house but remember every situation is different!

Budgeting is always a good idea and I like to use the numbers app on my iphone to share and work out budgets for the month. Find whatever works for you but make sure you do some budgeting so there's no unexpected surprises when you get your first bills!
