HARI OM TAT SAT:

svasty astu viśvasya khalaḥ prasīdatāḿ
dhyāyantu bhūtāni śivaḿ mitho dhiyā
manaś ca bhadraḿ bhajatād adhokṣaje
āveśyatāḿ no matir apy ahaitukī

May there be good fortune throughout the universe, and may all envious persons be pacified. May all living entities become calm by practising bhakti-yoga, for by accepting devotional service they will think of each other’s welfare. Therefore let us all engage in the service of the supreme transcendence, Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, and always remain absorbed in thought of Him.
Om Tat Sat (Sanskrit: ओम् तत् सत्, Om Tat Sat ("Om Tat Sat" can be literally translated as the ”Supreme Absolute Truth” or ”all that is.”)

From the beginning of creation, the three words om tat sat were used to indicate the Supreme Absolute Truth. These three symbolic representations were used by Brahmanas while chanting the hymns of the Vedas and during sacrifices for the satisfaction of the Supreme.

Thus as per Lord Himself, the three words “Om Tat Sat” indicates Supreme Absolute truth.

Now “Hari Om Tat Sat” means

‘Lord Hari’ (Sri Krishna) is the Supreme Absolute Truth.
