INGREDIENTS (mini cake - 6 servings):

For the sponge:
125ml milk
140gr light soft brown sugar
50gr dark chocolate
90gr all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
15gr cocoa powder
50gr unsalted butter, softened
1 medium egg

For the frosting:
100gr full-fat cream cheese
200gr icing sugar
30gr unsalted butter
1/3 tsp vanilla extract

To decorate:
30gr chocolate, 1 tbsp milk, 1/2 tbsp butter
