JUDY GARLAND London Palladium Plaque Presentation 1970 SIR RICHARD ATTENBORROUGH plus something rare

Lorna Smith, President of the British offshoot of The Judy Garland Club, presides over the festivities when a plaque dedicated to Judy Garland at the London Palladium is unveiled. Sir Richard Attenborough offers up the closing remarks. Following the recording of the presentation there is an ultra rare Palladium performance from Judy.
