In this episode of Code Switch, we challenged young Singaporeans of different races to explain what it means to be a Karen to seniors in their mother tongue. P.S. About Code Switch: Young Singaporeans seem to be losing touch with their mother tongue. So we're challenging them to explain a trendy topic to seniors under 5 minutes. The catch is, they can only speak in their mother tongue. For every English word spoken, $2 will be deducted from the prize money of $50.
