The town of Montalto Uffugo full of shops, bars and restaurants is a 4km drive. The city of Cosenza (the province capital) is a 15 minute drive.

Within just 30 minutes of the beaches at Paola and San Lucido along the west coast of Calabria, the property is located in a countryside setting with beautiful scenery. The ski slopes at Sila are less than 20 minutes.

Outside of the gated area there are several pieces of land full of olive and fruit trees which is also included in the sale.

The gardens: Entry to the property through electronic gates and onto a drive way to the main door with large patio area. The drive wraps around all sides of the property. Double doors access the drive and garden areas. A beautiful tiled stair leads to the ground floor.

Ground floor: Main entry with several other access points to patio areas and garden. Internally this floor offers a large sitting room with feature wood buring fireplace, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Dining area with large extendable table and 6 chairs. A laundry room and storage area plus built in closet. A large study with sliding library doors and a bathroom with sink, bidet and toilet. Most of the furniture is included in the sale price. Both central heating and air conditioning. All window and doors are double glazed and come with shutters.

First floor: This floor is a family sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The flooring is a beautiful parquet wooden effect. From the landing access to a large bedroom on the left. Along a short corridor there is a family bathroom with jaccuzi style bath, sink with unit, bidet and toilet. Further along and on the right is a second large bedroom with entry to a terrace. At the end of the corridor on the right is a large walk in closet. On the left a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Facing the corridor is the principal bedroom. Each bedroom benefits from both central heating and air conditioning.

Second floor: Guest sleeping quarters. On the top floor we have two large bedrooms and the control area for the video survailance. There is a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. This area also benefits from central heating and air conditioning.

The airport of Lamezia Terme is only 45 minutes drive.
