Belvedere Marittimo (Calabria) restoration project

The old town at Belvedere Marittimo (Calabria) is a traditional Italian old town along the south west coast of Italy.

Just down from the castle among the maze of narrow streets we have a 45 sq mtrs property which requires restoration. Most of the work is cosmetic so with a modest budget making the property habitable would be possible.

The property currently consists of a small bathroom, kitchen and two large rooms.
