1. I am responding to the denial letter you sent me on _____ date.

2. Attached you will find all my documents being 2019 tax return, Form 4506T signed and bank statements (along with others like credit cards, utilities, articles of incorporation, etc if required).

3. Current State: We are a _____ person Company in _____ location growing at _____% going into the forced lockdown. As per my bank statements, we clearly suffered an economic loss of ____amount. Compare the months of Jan/Feb with the forced lockdown months of March-June as per the video states. Therefore we ask loan a loan amount equal to the economic loss.

4. Future State: If we can get an EIDL loan of that amount we could (pay rent, payroll, utilities and business credit card bills). Making our monthly payment of _____ amount will not be a problem because our business was very strong going into the forced lockdown.

If you’re asking for an EIDL loan INCREASE the formula is very similar.

Subject line: Reconsideration for INCREASE App #

1. I am reaching out to request an increase of our already approved EIDL loan amount.

2. Attached documents same as above.

3. Same formula in addition to one sentence referencing Ms. Carranza’s testimony in front of the Senate on June 10 which stated the EIDL loan amount was intended to be 6 months of expenses.

4. Same above above

Key point is to provide all necessary documents upfront in one email. Don’t piece in multiple chunks and stay away from negativity. You want to be a positive business person worthy of an EIDL loan.

Entire reconsideration process is taking 4-5 weeks and it definitely helps to get your Senators and Congressmen involved by email and phone. Stay on them until you get written verification they have contacted the SBA and achieved a desire result.

Emailing is not enough you need to CALL AND VOICEMAIL until a positive outcome is reached.

Last but not least, DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK AND TAKE NOTHING I SAY AS GOSPEL.
