Workshop essentials: Make a scrap metal tool box and mount a lathe

We're making a steel roller-bearing beauty of a toolbox for the lathe, in the lathe! We're also moving the lathe into a better position and levelling it properly. It's been on a delivery pallet forever and after using it quite a lot we're fairly sure where it should go now!
