The Essential Water Filter Kit is easy to assemble and very easy to use. We like that the filters take out sediment as well as heavy metals, bad odors and bad tastes down to 0.5 microns. Many less expensive water filters don't filter out fine particles like this one, so we're impressed with that. We also like that the filters are replaceable, vs. having to purchase a whole new unit every time like with some of the cheaper filters available. We wish the unit was a little smaller, but for most people who have larger rigs that won't be an issue. If we'd had the unit while we were building our van, we could have designed our system to have it in-line, but we're fine with using it independently too.
