HOW TO: PLEATED SKIRT

The second video in our "How To:" series! Learn how to make a pleated skirt. We show you two basic ways to pleat a skirt and a third way that combines the two techniques together!

This is just how we make our pleated skirts, so there may be differences in other tutorials you have seen.

The fabric used in the tutorial is a cotton/polyester broadcloth.
