FRIGHT RAGS Unboxing - Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2 (1986) 35th Anniversary - The BUZZ is BACK!!!

Fright Rags, based out of Rochester, NY, is still top dog for me when it comes to t-shirt companies who releasing top quality horror and cult movie shirts and apparel. Back in 2018, they commissioned Justin Osbourn to create this design for their Texas Chainsaw Massacre Collection that shined a spotlight on Parts 2 and 3 in the series. Now, 3 years later, his Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2 design has returned from the grave in celebration of the film's 35th anniversary.

With its complete tonal shift from the The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, Chainsaw 2 is a love it or hate it movie and I am one of those people who LOVE it. In fact, it's my favorite in the series! From its soundtrack, especially the Oingo Boingo song from the opening bridge attack, to the splashes of color, to the Sawyer's crazy funhouse home, to Tom Savini's effects work, to the complete insanity of the characters, it's an experience and pure 80s! So when I heard that this design was getting a reprint, I knew I had to pick up a shirt!
