Capture Last Time Daughter With Childhood Alzheimer's Says 'I Love You'

Parents of a girl struggling with a rare genetic condition that causes brain damage captured video of the last time their daughter was able to say "I love you." Eight-year-old Keira Esposito has Sanfilippo syndrome, dubbed "childhood Alzheimer's." She once had five words in her vocabulary, but she recently lost her ability to communicate. Her parents say she's "our entire world" and "the biggest blessing we've ever had." InsideEdition.com's Lisa Voyticki has more. #InsideEdition
