Parents of a girl struggling with a rare genetic condition that causes brain damage captured video of the last time their daughter was able to say "I love you." Eight-year-old Keira Esposito has Sanfilippo syndrome, dubbed "childhood Alzheimer's." She once had five words in her vocabulary, but she recently lost her ability to communicate.
