Hi lovelies, this recipe has been in my mind for over a year now and I have wanted to share it with you ever since I created it. However, these were always some other recipes and plans and so I never got to filming it. But I really hope it was worth the wait for you, because I know I absolutely love these little crunhcy bites😋 So today, finally after all the wait I will show you how to make super crunchy oatmeal coconut cookies 🙂 This recipe is very simple and also fast to make, which is good because once you will be hooked you will want them everyday😅You can find the recipe below👇 Enjoy!🤗💖
RECIPE

50g oats
100g shredded coconut
2 tbsp flour (about 30g)
80g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
100g butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg

Bake the cookies in 200°C in the middle shelf of the oven for about 5-8 minutes until the edges start to lighlty get golden.
