How to make Fruity Homemade Granola | Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Hi lovelies, today I have a delicious healthy breakfast recipe for all of you who love granola! :) I enjoy eating granola with a little yogurt and fresh fruit or berries :) I must say it is my favourite sweet breakfast and snack option. Todays recipe is for a really quick and easy to make fruity granola without raisins. I really love making homemade granola since I can decide what I put into it, I know it has no added sugars and also it is much cheaper than the similar options available in stores. I hope you are going to like this homemade granola flavour and try it out. Enjoy! :)
Ingredients:
(15 Portions)
- 300g (3 cups + 6tbsp) oats
- 100g (1 cup) cashew nuts
- 80g (2/3 cup) sliced almonds
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2-3 tbsp agave syrup/honey
- 50g (about 1/2 cup) coconut chips
- 70g (about 2/3 cup) banana chips
- 20g (about 1/4 cup) dried raspberries
Bake the granola in 150°C (300°F) for 15 minutes, mix shortly and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until beautifully golden.
