Every time Sohla shared her expertise and Bon Appétit didn’t pay her

Pay Sohla. Bon Appétit pays none of their BIPOC staff for ANY of their video appearances. That means Sohla, Rick, Gaby, Priya, and Christina have NEVER been compensated for their video work while their white coworkers (Brad, Claire, Molly, Carla, Delany, Chris, and Amiel) have. Compensate your BIPOC Bon Appétit. Inacceptable.
Edit: This video is meant to highlight Sohla's expertise (and not compare her to her coworkers). The reason these clips are from Gourmet Makes is because (as an avid viewer) I knew Sohla has shared so much knowledge on that show. I don't know if anyone makes money from video appearances, but I know that Sohla (and Rick, Gaby, Priya, Christina) has never made money from any of the recipe videos they create or the challenge videos they take part in while Claire, Brad, Chris, Delany, Molly, and Carla do.
