Fitness on Everest

How does one train to climb the highest mountain in the world? Does altitude affect fitness? And how can new technologies help us prepare? Dr Melanie Windridge shows us how she has been working with the Department for Sport and Exercise Sciences at Anglia Ruskin University, and trying out technologies like POWERBreathe and MyZone, to physically prepare for climbing Everest.
