Mongoose Publishing's customer service is really bad and I will NEVER again order from them directly

I want to state that I do not wish any harm to befall Matthew or any of the employees of Mongoose Publishing. I have been contemplating making this video for quite a while, and I did it. What kept me on the fence is that I was worried that I’d appeared too bitter, or that I could not explain the situation thoroughly enough. But here it is!

I waited almost an entire year for this rulebook and I never got it from them, which is sad. I never got my partial refund and I would go as far and say that I feel cheated.

But do not let my situation hinder you from trying out the Traveller tabletop RPG game!
