Hey Weis, so today I wanted to share with you what a day in my life of quarantine looks like. Wei and I have been on lockdown mode since March 9, which would make us on day 35 or so, with only another 2 months to go. Yay!

I’m down in the basement and Wei is stationed in our kitchen with her dual screens, work chair, and our dining table is basically re-fashioned into a desk.

Every morning, for those of you watching my stories on @lifetailored know that I start my day with either morning pushups or pull-ups.

It’s a great habit I’m glad I started, and even on days when I feel like total garbage, I still try to do just 1 pushup or pull-up and what I’ve found is if I have the strength to do 1, I normally end up doing more.

After my pushups, I do my toothbrushing and then head upstairs to make my coffee. While I’m making coffee, I like to watch our plants and look at Venus, and her traps.
